Es gibt zwei Arten von Liontravel Agents: - Liontravel Agents: wohnen oft direkt im zu betreuenden Ort/zu betreuender Region, halten Liontravel über Besonder- und Neuheiten informiert, arbeiten aktiv bei der Planung exzellenter Liontravel-Touren mit, versorgen den Kunden und Liontravel mit nützlicher Information, antworten auf detaillierte Fragen - sind also wahrhafte Insider! - Liontravel X-Agents (X steht für "xcellent", "xtra", "xclusive"): haben die gleichen Aufgaben wie Liontravel Agents, mit dem Unterschied, dass diese noch näher beim Kunden sind. Sie bieten spezielle Dienstleistungen vor Ort. So holen sie z.B. Gäste am Flughafen/Bahnhof/Hafen ab und bringen/begleiten sie zum Hotel, zur Wohnung, zu Bekannten oder wohin auch immer. Sie stellen den Kontakt zu örtlichen Reiseveranstaltern (für Stadtrundfahrten z.B.) her und können selbst interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten zeigen. Außerdem sind sie in der Lage Restaurants zu empfehlen und wichtige Ratschläge zum Ort und Land zu geben. Sie sind somit Ihre ganz persönlichen Betreuer Ihres Vertrauens vor Ort.
